Start with a blank canvas and design every detail exactly how you want it. Our team guides you through a complete design and selection process - typically around three months - where every decision gets made before we break ground. From floor plan layout to the last doorknob, it's all finalized upfront. No waiting on selections during construction. No change orders slowing things down.
Modified Standard Plans
Choose from proven floor plans that we've built and refined over the years, then customize them to fit your needs. This path gets you to contract faster while delivering the same quality construction from the same trusted subcontractors we've worked with for years.
Either way, you get the same Vintage Luxury Builders quality. We're talking custom window flashing on every window - not just ceiling tape. We're talking about attention to the details that most builders skip because they think no one will notice. We notice. And our clients notice.

Design
Choose full custom or a modified standard plan. Our designer produces preliminary floorplans, and we finalize every detail and selection before breaking ground.
Select
Work with our network of preferred vendors to select finishes, fixtures, and materials. Every decision is locked in before construction starts - no surprises.
Contract
With the floorplan and selections finalized, we reach a final price and agree on timing. Everything is formalized with the Texas Association of Builders standard form contract - designed to protect both builder and buyer - before we begin.
Build
Construction moves fast - we build homes in about half the time of our competitors. Regular communication keeps you informed every step of the way.
Move In
We conduct a full orientation walkthrough of your completed home, demonstrating how every system and feature works - from HVAC controls to smart home wiring. You get the keys and the peace of mind that comes with a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty backing your investment.

Modified Standard Plan - Choose from pre-designed floor plans with options and customizations. This gets you to contract phase faster while still delivering the same quality construction from the same trusted trades. Either way, you get the same Vintage Luxury Builders quality and attention to detail.
We offer two product lines. Our modified standard plan homes - built with the same quality construction and trusted trades - start in the $600K range. Our full custom homes, particularly in premium developments like Puerta del Lobo near Fredericksburg, can go to $3 million plus including the lot.
We want to be the builder for everyone. Whether you're looking for a quality custom home in the sixes or a very high-end product, you're going to get the same quality - the difference is in the bells and whistles.
We build along the 281 corridor from Marble Falls all the way down to Boerne, and over to I-35. This includes New Braunfels, Blanco, Dripping Springs, Spring Branch, Canyon Lake, and surrounding communities. We're also expanding toward Fredericksburg.
We've built extensively in communities like Vintage Oaks in New Braunfels, and we're currently developing in The Overlook near Canyon Lake and Puerta del Lobo near Fredericksburg.
